African 1000 Days Action USA exists to mobilize U.S. philanthropy, expertise, and partnerships behind locally led African solutions for women, newborns, and young children.
We are a U.S.-based platform for partnership. We connect people and institutions in the United States with African leaders who understand their communities, health systems, opportunities, and priorities. Our role is to help useful resources move with discipline, respect, and accountability without shifting authority away from those closest to the work.
